doesnt matter, the contract was inked while the last cba was still in effect, in mid june if i remember right... the last cba didnt expire til Sept 15th. so even tho the contract didnt begin until the new cba was in place, the contract itself was negotiated under the last cba so the terms were dictated by the previous cba
